wIRC Android 0.1.13: Server Messages Stable

weishaupt released this 2026-10-11 11:21:02 +00:00 | 0 commits to main since this release

wIRC for Android, now with a server messages box on the main screen, brought over from wIRC desktop.

    What's new:

    • Server messages box under the server list: MOTD, welcome lines, connection status, server errors, invites, and your own mode and nick changes. Monospace, selectable and copyable.
    • /whois works from any channel window, with the full result in the server messages box under a bold header.
    • NickServ, ChanServ and server notices go to the server messages box instead of opening a PM window.
    • Fixed a notice sent to you opening a window named after your own nick.
    • Lines are handled in the order they arrive, so busy channels can't post out of order and whois headers always land above their replies.

Installs over earlier builds and keeps your saved servers
