docs: use recorded terminal sessions for both demos
The README demo is a fresh recording of the v7 TUI, and the agent section now shows a real agent session — loading the skill and driving the CLI — in place of the hand-written terminal mock. Both are asciinema recordings rendered to SVG at 10x, with frames coalesced at 20fps to keep them small.
